How can i use WinSchedule of infragistics in C#.Net?

If you have the infragistics libraries installed, you should just be able to drag and drop the control from your toolbox on to a form. If you do not see the infragistics controls on your toolbox (assuming you have it installed), you can try to run the Toolbox creator included in their libraries.
