Yes you can send , see you use the google or yahoo email server to send email from your end

you will aslo have your own Mail Server account when you host your site on web hosting ..
they provide at least one mail account you can use that too :) like if you buy domain name and web hosting
someone.com then you will get email id like [email protected] noo need to use gmail server ..
and for gmail no need of any certification for using SMTP.gmail.

an additional is wen one blog is updated by respected owner,,,,a messgae shuld send to all ....(memebers of my site)...
...
and i want know how blogger.com ...create ,while browsing an account like
kunjisown.blogspot.com we get the page....
similarly while a meber of ma site brosse a url like, mymyslef.mysite.com ...he shuld get the details...jus like bogspot...
how they create alink like.....kunjisown.blogspot.com?????

you must use either your own mail server or if you not have mail server them you need to use third party mail servers like
Gmail,yahoo ..etc :)
