Recently I read somewhere that women perform better than their male counterparts in job interviews because they handle stress better than guys.

I agree this. But before that i want to explain certain factors.
- Interview not decides the real skills about the people having. Its about their presentation skills. Some body they have very good hands of experience in technically but they are not having enough presentation skills to present about their skill set.
- Women's are most attracted in terms of appearance, voice and attractiveness. (Men's are too interested to take interview to the female candidates)
- Women candidates have enough patient to attend the interview. If you ask two hours continously questions then they can able to sit. I am not talking about answering...But the male candidates... Its tough task.. They will be energetic initially after slowly they became tired... (They will go for smoke and Tea oftenly)
- Most of the interviews taken by male... The interviewer attracted by the interviewee and vice versa...
