Work-life balancing is very important when you grow into ladders in the organisation. Taking from beginning to specialist role, each has its own task, learnings, responsible, ownership and goals.most of organization has the 40 hours of work logging for a week, we need to plan the daily task based on priority and dependence. It's very important to balance your work with your personal time like relaxing, yoga, holidays, vacation, spend time with your loved one and your interested areas . We should reserve some time for some areas to explore and make ourselves self-motivated. This makes re energies to work better next day. During this Pendamic situation of WFH, people are lacking very much in Work life balancing and always on work more than 10-14 hours, that will exhaust our whole day with work and will realise at end of day with more pressure and stress. I think with 40 hours a week it is very, very easy to have a good work/life balance. I work on a pretty huge multinational 40 hours a week and even I have time to take naps occasionally, which clears up my mind. Also if the job offer talks about "working hard" or "family", it is most likely a scheme to overwork you to death. Also, on people who brag to work hard and do more than 40 hours a week: you may work more but you’re not being productive at all.
