WOW - Thanks all forums members for answering questions
Wow! First time in years, we have only 1 non answered question on the forums that were asked within a week. This is great! It is all because some of our key dedicated members. We are adding more and more prizes each month and we will continue to add more!

Keep up guys. My participation on the forum is real less. But, these people taking all the question and answered it leaving me less chance (Nice escape siva! Patting myself. Yes, answering is a skill. I should grow there)
Cheers

Also, whole credit goes to this nice website, MCB etc and other members.
I can see more forum participants so active now days.
That's a good sign for the future of this web site.
Keep the good work going on guys..

I think you mean to say "reply to a particular post" instead of "reply to a particular thread". I of course understand; most forums have that feature. I don't miss it as much as I might think.
As for general questions, I certainly know what you mean. I sometimes post requests for more specific questions. I wish there was more specific rules and more of a way to make more of an official request that questions be more specific. We don't have to require it but we could request it.
The current example is Nicole asking for help with sound cards. I really think she would get more help and better help if she was more specific.

I think we can definitely display points earned by a member. We already have that on the member profile page but we can also do it on the left side bar of forums posts.
We will think about rest of the two points as well.
Cheers!

1. If I want to reply to a particular thread then it becomes a reply to the main thread. This seems to be a problem since I have to copy and paste the thread to which I want to reply and highlight it in some way.
2. It would be great to show the points / credits earned by a forum member along side his / her id. This would provide motivation for themselves and it would be a nice recognition for them since others would know their points / credits.
3. I think there is a need for a Moderator since I see so many questions which are open ended (How do I do this???) instead of being specific. IMHO it is not the experts job to google for answers and give them rather they can concentrate on specific issues.
Again these are just my suggestions and I don't mean to offend anyone (point 3).
Keep up the great work!!!
Happy Programming!!!
Regards,
Raja

Day is waste if we not visit to Csharpcorner.

That 1 non answered question is about Sharepoint.
We need someone to answer for Sharepoint threads also.
Also, a suggestion.
Can we have forums of other Programming websites here in a single window.
Because most of members are in C# Corner.
