WPF Controls Changing positions as per the window size

Hie Guys ! I Got a Issue regarding the Controls Positions

 

I am placing the controls in a Grid. But when I am Maximising the Size of My window the controls positions were changing ! Controls were changing there positions with respective to screen size 

 

Please Help Me I searched a lot Some were Saying Use Grid and some Stack ..................
