Xamarin.AndroidX.Arch.Core.Common DLL not found in creating APK

@Amit, Thanks for the helping.

Finally, I got the answer. the below details have resolved this issue.

go to Tools -> Options -> Xamarin -> Android Settings -> change the value of Archives Location.

Try the below steps in administrative mode

Close Visual Studio (your project)
Remove the reference dll from the .nuget folder (c:\user\\nuget\packages).
Goto Solution Explorer and search for the reference dll (make sure to install the latest stable version)
Build Menu -> Clean Project -> Rebuild Project
If builds successful then create the apk

@Amit Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I have tried it 3 times removed the package and reinstalled the Xamarin.AndroidX.Arch.Core.Common package, but throwing the same issue again, not fixed. any other idea?

Remove the dll and re-install it and before creating apk, make sute your project was build successfully.
