Xamarin.AndroidX.Arch.Core.Common DLL not found in creating APK

Question

Hello Team, Please see the below screenshot, facing "Xamarin.AndroidX.Arch.Core.Common DLL not found" not found issue in the creating apk file in xamarin forms. I have also installed Xamarin.AndroidX.Arch.Core.Common NuGet package, but the same issue is throwing, share the fix details, Thanks.

@Amit, Thanks for the helping. Finally, I got the answer. the below details have resolved this issue. go to Tools -> Options -> Xamarin -> Android Settings -> change the value of Archives Location. link: https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-android/issues/5584#issuecomment-771414341 Thanks.

Try the below steps in administrative mode Close Visual Studio (your project) Remove the reference dll from the .nuget folder (c:\user\ 
uget\packages). Goto Solution Explorer and search for the reference dll (make sure to install the latest stable version) Build Menu -> Clean Project -> Rebuild Project If builds successful then create the apk

@Amit Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I have tried it 3 times removed the package and reinstalled the Xamarin.AndroidX.Arch.Core.Common package, but throwing the same issue again, not fixed. any other idea?

Remove the dll and re-install it and before creating apk, make sute your project was build successfully.
