Yes Mahesh you are correct even I have read that turmeric is currently being investigated for possible benefits in Alzheimer's disease,arthritis, and other clinical disorders. I remember taking this in warm milk before going to bed, I think I should start that again.

"They" did do some research and said the turmeric powder (yellow) in Indian spices helps prevent cancer and also helps improve blood. I remember when I was a kid, I would get hurt, bleed, my grand mother would put this powder and it would stop bleeding.

Lol! I must need 3 teas in the morning before I start writing.
