zoom like as autocad without changed size

Hi all ,

I want to without change quality when I was zooming to graphic like as in autocad..

I have to this in C#. Is it hard? or can you give me some hint and links?

It cant be done with simple .net code

because CAD/CAm Software use Vector Image you need to Use Vector Image SDK
