Alert Moderator or Similar Feature

In Answer section there should be an option to alert moderator or something similar to it. I have noticed that there are some users who asks questions and delete it after 15-20 hours. They do same activity on daily basis. I know that there is a feature “Report a Spam” but sometimes people think that why should they report as Spam and just ignore the question. e.g. a user is http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/members/kiran-k22 He daily asks 2-3 questions and delete it after getting answers. Questions deleted within 15-20 hours. For instance his/her current thread is http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/forums/thread/326481/help.aspx And no one has replied it because many of us know his behavior but that type of post wasting the time of other user and compromising with quality of website.
