After posting an article and it has been approved now if any author update something in that article that article comes on home page in recent articles...my suggestion is if I edit something in any article reason should be display in article bottom....so that would indicate what I have added in that article.

OK let me think about this. We may need to add it another tab or something. Readers may not care why article was edited but Author/Editor should know. If we put at the bottom, it will make article longer and other controls (comments etc) will move down more. Let me think about this. I think we may have to version control.
