Change Position of Loading Text on Surveys Page

On the page http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/survey/ when someone clicks "Next" button to proceed to next question, the "Loading..." text appears somewhere in top right section (its not complete top-right as it used to be before). Instead, if we can have this text just below/above the "next" button, it will give a better experience to the user.
