Compulsory comments to dislike an Idea

As we all know that C# Corner is a great technical collaborative forum and everyone is free to express their views and ideas, this is exactly why we have like / dislike buttons to support or disagree proposed ideas in this section. Wouldn't it make sense to ask users to enter their views before choosing dislike idea option? It will not only give them platform to share their views for their disagreement but also give chance to idea creator to get concrete feedback.
