In the article post page only post the article do not change the blog. what are the procedure to follow the article post.give the notification at submit article time. don't change the review time.

Read author guidelines. An article that is duplicate, or basic, or does not have enough content will be posted as a blog. Some articles that are duplicate (same article previously published) will not be approved going forward.
