I think it will be better if there is a system ( a bot at this case ) which starts a quiz to a specific related category online users and after they join it starts questions every one containing 20sec to answer, and at the end the winner gets some points. after that the bot converts all its questions and accepted answers to a file and post it in a specific location for downloading. this can be very helpful, however its really hard to implement i think.
