Search of Content or People is not working properly.

In Mobile view, if we want to search any Article or blog by it's name like "Selenium" it is unable to find Selenium related Article/ blogs, again I need to change the drop-down that is Exact word to Any word, if I again search with selenium and clicked enter, then I again need to change drop-down from Any word to Exact word. Otherwise it's showing "No Search Result Found", similar with the people search box in some cases.
