Track "where is your post, blog and articles"

Once the member finished their article/blog/news/video better should have a tracking option to find out current stage of the post. Let's say, structure should be Post - - > submission received - - > c# author verifying - - > article posted. This would be more helpful to find out where they are or when there article will be post. Thanks!
