Views for Question

I Checked alot of Questions Posted and found out that they had little or no Reply but with alot of views. i wondered whether people viewing it couldnt reply? only for me to figure out that the more you reload/refresh the page, the view increases which is very bad. someone might think the question is irrelevant or maybe it was an incomplete question. stackoverflow isnt like this, it has a space for "You have viewed this Post"
