Words Limitation to differentiate Blog and Article

Their is must be specified number of words to define its blog or Article ,means suppose if the contents or words more than 100+ it must be a article and if the contents or words between 50 and less than 100 it must be a blog and if the contents or words less than 50 (min limit of blog) then it must be a Tip. If you Implement this then we can maintain quality of contents along with quantity. also some people directly can not be asks why my article goes for blog instead of article. I hope this Idea will be Implemented,to avoid 30 or 20 words articles .
