Windows controls are those controls which are created by you in visual studio -> File new ->Visual C# ->Windows control library ...
in this you can create any control which u can use in windows application like other predifined controls(clock)....
if u take a label in and set it as current time....
then u can use this in ur windows applicatoin ....like as control.....
