Is .NET complete platform independent language?

    yes .net is completale platform independent

    but this is not supported by the window 95 becouse this has no any CLR Comman language runtime

    As .DLL or .EXE files are executable in any OS with the help of CLR, hence .Net is called as platform independent.

    As of now CLR versions are not yet developed for DOS and       Windows 95 OS.
