Step4: //Enable metadata exchange

ServiceMetadataBehavior smb = new ServiceMetadataBehavior();
smb.HttpGetEnabled = true;           
host.Description.Behaviors.Add(smb);


Step5: //Start the Service            

host.Open();

Step6:
