what is the actual difference between asp.net , asp, .net framework? or they same term ?

ASP.NET- ASP.Net is a dot net technology which is used to develop web applications Asp.net is a .net server-side technology. ASP.NET will support 2 types of programming techniques called INPAGE and CODEBEHIND technique ASP- ASP is a classic server-side technology before .net ASP will support only ONE programming technique called INPAGE TECHNIQUE.
