Depends how company treats with employee.

Money is very important to lead the life, but here job is very very important to earn the money and be a dignified in society as well as gaining some knowledge. The money will come automatically, when we show our ability and capability towards in our job. so my self job is very important to me.

Salary is important, but I couldn't stay with a job that brought me misery when I could support myself doing something else; hence, my job is more important.
