As an Advanced Senior AI Research Scientist, you play a pivotal role in transforming real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. You lead teams in exploring and implementing new methodologies, model building techniques, and cutting-edge algorithms, with a focus on generative AI, LLM, and multi-modal models. You possess deep expertise in these areas and are dedicated to driving innovation by applying these techniques to new business problems and use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in internal and external discussions to gather business use case requirements and provide expert AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML models, especially LLM and other Gen AI models, from scratch or existing foundation models.
- Lead technical teams, fostering true AI expertise within the broader team, including offshore collaborators.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse, cross-functional teams to accurately identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring AI solutions meet stakeholder needs.
- Develop and execute AI solution project plans, including timelines and infrastructure dependencies.
- Define and implement approaches to justify the value of AI solutions, estimating costs and calculating ROI.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, facilitating knowledge transfer and future development.
- Collaborate with academia partners to stay abreast of AI trends and provide thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and developing neural network models, particularly deep learning and Foundation models.
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI technologies, LLM, and multi-modal models.
- Expertise in deep learning, neural networks, and GPU architecture.
- Proven experience in technical team management or mentoring.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

- Colorado. $131,100 to $291,100
- New York. $121,400 to $336,900
- Washington. $139,600 to $309,900
