TCS is looking for a seasoned and visionary AI/ML Architect to lead the charge in shaping our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) strategies. This role is designed for a dynamic individual with deep expertise in AI, automation, and next-gen technologies, capable of driving AI implementation at an enterprise scale. You will be tasked with ensuring that AI is effectively and ethically integrated into enterprise processes, driving innovation, and improving business outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- AI & Automation Strategy Leadership. Lead the development and execution of AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Partner with senior leadership to ensure AI projects and initiatives are prioritized and deliver tangible business results.
- AI-Driven Applications & Automation. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications, including conversational AI systems and intelligent automation frameworks. Guide teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions that optimize business operations and customer experiences.
- AI Governance & Ethics. Implement robust AI governance frameworks, ensuring that AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and industry best practices. Address ethical challenges in AI development and usage, focusing on fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Integration with Enterprise Systems. Lead the integration of AI technologies with key enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, ITSM, and other core workflows. This will include developing strategies for scalable AI integration and leveraging advanced AI tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Gen AI & NLP Optimization. Ensure that large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP) technologies, and generative AI (Gen AI) solutions are optimized for scalability and performance. Oversee their deployment and integration to provide value across diverse business units.
- Collaboration with Data Science Teams. Partner closely with data scientists and technical teams to develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models that offer actionable insights. Leverage AI to drive data-driven decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation. Be a thought leader in the AI/ML space, continuously evaluating new technologies, trends, and opportunities in the industry. Recommend innovations that can be incorporated into business processes, ensuring that TCS stays ahead of the competition.
Key Qualifications
- Extensive Experience in AI/ML and Automation. A minimum of 12 years of experience leading AI, ML, and automation initiatives, with a track record of successful enterprise-scale AI implementations.
- Deep Technical Expertise. Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI model deployment, including cloud platforms and automation tools.
- Data Science and Cloud AI Services. Strong knowledge of data science principles, cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Enterprise-Level AI Implementation. Proven experience in implementing AI solutions at scale across large, complex organizations, including systems integration, enterprise applications, and data governance.
- Ethical AI Practices. A strong understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks, ensuring that AI systems are developed and deployed responsibly, with due consideration for their social impact.
- Strategic Thinking & Leadership. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to define and drive AI strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are a must.
