Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in configuration and custom development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex cross-organization and cross-instance integrations to support diverse business processes.
- Extensive expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, integration patterns, and optimizing the scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and experience with Release Management on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority on the Salesforce platform, leveraging your expertise to architect and develop Salesforce-based applications that drive business outcomes.
- Harness your proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript, and SOQL to deliver critical features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and enhance Salesforce-centric application features and functionality.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the stability and scalability of system integrations.
- Communicate effectively, articulating design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for system and application design.
