Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to provide end-to-end recruitment support, working closely with clients and IBM's operational management and staff.
- Define, develop, and implement sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool, ensuring process adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct initial assessments of candidate suitability and explore new methods for sourcing candidates and generating leads.
- Work with business heads to establish and achieve Global Delivery Center goals.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other program tools for candidate screening.
- Ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and enhance the talent pool.
- Drive transformation through effective change management, inspiring and leading the team to success.
- Track and optimize process parameters critical to quality for process delivery.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in ITES / BPO / FA sectors.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
- People management experience in International IT / ITES Companies.
- Expertise in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in partner management and conducting difficult conversations.
- Deep domain knowledge and understanding of business strategy.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in direct sourcing and recruitment, ideally in a corporate or consultancy setting (RPO setup preferred).
- Consultative approach to recruitment, viewing the role as more than transactional.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to team efforts.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
