As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining DevOps pipelines and infrastructure. You will ensure seamless CI/CD automation, manage cloud-based resources, and enhance security, scalability, and efficiency in our DevOps processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implement Azure DevOps Pipelines. Create and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Azure DevOps Infrastructure Management. Administer and manage Azure DevOps environments, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- System Upgrades & Maintenance. Regularly upgrade, optimize, and maintain Azure DevOps environments to enhance performance and security.
- Integration of Azure Resources. Work with Azure IaaS & PaaS services (App Service, Storage Accounts, Application Insights, etc.) to create end-to-end automation solutions.
- Azure DevOps Product Expertise. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Repos, Artifacts, Pipelines, Release Manager, and other essential tools.
- Multi-Platform CI/CD. Leverage tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other automation frameworks to create scalable and flexible deployment pipelines.
- Containerization & Kubernetes. Utilize Docker, Helm, OpenShift, Kubernetes, EKS for efficient containerized deployment strategies.
- Source Code & Artifact Management. Manage repositories and package management solutions (GitHub, GitLab, Nexus, JFrog, etc.) to streamline development workflows.
- Security & DevSecOps. Implement security best practices using SAST, DAST, and SCA tools like Snyk, Sonatype, GitLab Security, and Mend.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Scripting & Automation. Utilize Bash, Ansible, Groovy, and other scripting languages to automate tasks and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration & Documentation. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases while maintaining proper documentation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and cloud automation.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps services, including Repos, Artifacts, Pipelines, and Release Manager.
- Proficiency in integrating Azure resources such as App Service, Storage Accounts, and Application Insights.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift for containerization and orchestration.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Ansible, Groovy to automate DevOps processes.
- Experience in source code and artifact management using tools like GitHub, GitLab, Nexus, and JFrog.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps, including SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and command-line interfaces.
