We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong background in Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. As an integral part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable DevOps solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and continuous integration for our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to enhance the efficiency and security of our cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Azure Application Gateway & API Management. Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Azure Application Gateway and API Management services to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Utilize ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep to implement infrastructure as code, ensuring repeatability and consistency in infrastructure deployments.
- Azure Networking & Cloud Infrastructure. Manage and optimize Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and Security Groups, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure networking.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Implement monitoring solutions and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues to maintain system reliability.
- Security & Compliance. Ensure that all DevOps implementations adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and protecting sensitive data.
- Incident Management & On-Call Support. Be a key player in incident management, handling bridge calls, addressing customer tickets, and participating in an on-call rotation every 6-7 weeks.
- Collaboration & Communication. Work closely with internal teams and clients, effectively communicating technical concepts and providing guidance on DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Azure Application Gateway and API Management services.
- DevOps & CI/CD. Strong experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions for building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines.
- Azure Network Expertise. At least 3 years of experience in Azure networking, including virtual networks, load balancers, and security configurations.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Proficiency in Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for managing cloud infrastructure.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization. Ability to implement monitoring solutions and proactively address performance and availability issues.
- Incident Management. Experience handling incident response, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing operational support.
- Communication Skills. Strong ability to handle bridge calls, interact with internal customers, and provide technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- On-Call Readiness. Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation every 6-7 weeks, ensuring 24/7 availability for critical incidents.
