Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Analysis. Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Design and Documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business processes and workflows.
- Gap Analysis and Optimization. Conduct gap analysis to pinpoint areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Project Documentation. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
