About The Job
The Client Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat for various Brightly Software products. As a key member of our team, you will strive to become an expert in our product suite to provide outstanding support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide legendary client support via phone, email, and chat to enhance client retention.
- Address incoming client requests promptly in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and resolve non-routine technical issues within specific product suites by implementing effective troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
Essential
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of client service experience.
- Basic understanding of internet and web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High energy, passion, and strong work ethic.
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening).
- Analytical thinking to identify and solve problems.
