The daily day of a trainer in our company will be as follow:
- Read technical articles.
- Convert those articles to video.
(The video will also capture what that Guy is doing on the computer. So he should have inclination & ability to learn the visual studio environment and execute the code).
- Should be able to go on-site for training (This also require him learning the technology first and then ability to train. This guy may have the ability to train, but I am not sure how much will he be able to learn the technology).
