Job Description

Key Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Extensive experience in C++ development on Windows platforms, including strong debugging and performance tuning/optimization capabilities.
• Proficiency in MSSQL with a solid understanding of key performance aspects such as query optimization, indexes, locks/deadlocks, and transactions.
• Willingness to take on the role of a performance engineer, with a readiness to undergo additional training in necessary technical areas and Application Performance Management (APM) tools as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in C++ to design, develop, debug, and optimize applications on Windows platforms.
• Leverage your knowledge of MSSQL to enhance database performance through effective query optimization, indexing strategies, and transaction management.
• Take ownership of performance engineering tasks, ensuring that software applications meet or exceed performance requirements.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues, implementing appropriate solutions to optimize application performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in C++ development and database management, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
