Job Description

What You Will Do

  1. Implement Technical Requirements. Analyze and optimize technical requirements while effectively managing constraints to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  2. Build Advanced Models. Develop predictive models, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, statistical models, deep learning models, and other machine learning systems.
  3. Leverage Your ML Expertise. Utilize your proficiency in machine learning concepts and programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, SQL, and more.
  4. Develop Solutions. Create solutions using both on-premise and cloud-based machine learning platforms.
  5. Collaborate with Business Leaders. Work closely with business leaders and decision-makers to define success metrics and develop ML solutions that meet business needs.
  6. Mentor Emerging Talent. Guide and mentor emerging data scientists and foster a community of machine learning enthusiasts within Ericsson.

The Skills You Bring

  1. DevSecOps. Integrate security practices into the DevOps processes.
  2. Business Understanding. Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  3. AI Systems. Expertise in artificial intelligence systems and their application in solving real-world problems.
  4. Software Engineering. Strong software engineering skills to build robust and scalable solutions.
  5. Data Management. Proficient in managing and processing large datasets efficiently.
  6. Ericsson Business Intelligence and Analytics Competence. Familiarity with Ericsson's business intelligence and analytics frameworks.
  7. Open-Source Programming Languages. Skilled in using open-source programming languages for developing ML solutions.
  8. Data Preprocessing. Expertise in preparing and preprocessing data for machine learning applications.
  9. Statistics. Strong statistical knowledge to inform and guide model development.
  10. Cloud Development. Experience in developing cloud-based solutions.
  11. Machine Learning Algorithms. In-depth knowledge of various machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
