Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Configure, map, and manage systems for EDI-based transactions and processes.
- Maintain cross-reference tables and monitor files for delivery and receipt.
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions and workflows, identifying and analyzing exception errors.
- Perform new partner setups and maintenance, including testing and validation.
- Assist in transitioning/upgrading EDI systems to next-generation/version environments.
- Develop and maintain EDI process documentation and implement vendor-supplied EDI patches.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ECS and Delta Liaison EDI software.
- Experience monitoring document and integration flow, developing maps for EDI data transformation, and setting up trading partner configurations.
- Familiarity with API-based integration.
- Ability to set up channels, event rules, schedules, and generate reports in ECS.
- Proficient in testing, debugging, and deployment in Delta Liaison.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in installing, upgrading, creating additional environments, and ensuring the operational integrity of ECS and Delta Liaison.
