We are seeking a talented and highly motivated ETL Developer with strong experience in Informatica tools to join our fast-paced and growing team at IGT Solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who have a deep understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and cloud-based data warehousing technologies. You will be working on enterprise-grade projects, primarily focused on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Snowflake, PowerCenter, and PL/SQL, and helping us deliver robust and scalable data solutions to some of the world’s most innovative brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and PowerCenter.
- Build efficient and scalable data integration processes that source, transform, and load data from a variety of internal and external systems.
- Optimize and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake for performance and reliability.
- Write, debug, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Provide production support for ETL processes, including troubleshooting issues related to data quality, performance, and process failures.
- Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, processes, and technical decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ETL, cloud data warehousing, and data engineering.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and PowerCenter.
- Proven experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Strong programming expertise in PL/SQL, ideally with exposure to different database platforms.
- Proficient in developing and optimizing large-scale ETL solutions.
- Experience with ETL job monitoring, performance tuning, and error handling strategies.
- Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing campaign management, and customer segmentation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting is an added advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
