We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our Global Conference Technology Team—a forward-thinking group dedicated to delivering world-class digital experiences for our international conference attendees. As we continue to scale and refine our mobile and web-based platforms, you’ll play a key role in developing seamless, high-performing solutions that ensure reliability, minimize incidents, and maximize attendee satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular, .NET (C#), and SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, UX, Product, Client Success) to enhance platform stability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Participate in an agile development lifecycle while working on high-impact features and functionalities that support remote conferences and real-time digital events.
  • Take ownership of incident reduction initiatives and proactively address performance bottlenecks.
  • Support a 24x5 operational model, participating in rotating shifts with clear and effective handovers to ensure uninterrupted global conference delivery.
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and present new feature capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions with the Client Success team to onboard them with newly released features.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends, especially in cloud, UX, and mobile-first development, to consistently evolve the platform’s capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of solid hands-on experience in full stack development, primarily focused on Angular, .NET (C#), and SQL Server.
  • Proven experience working with AWS cloud technologies, including deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications in cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to a diverse audience.
  • A collaborative mindset and adaptability to work in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced global team.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments).
  • Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles to contribute to engaging, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
