We’re on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Generative AI Architect to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you will lead from the front, architecting intelligent solutions that redefine what’s possible in the domains of travel, transportation, and hospitality.
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, mentor cross-functional teams, and architect solutions that harness the full potential of Gen AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Big Data, and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Key Responsibilities
Architecting Generative AI Solutions
- Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions across diverse business use cases.
- Develop solution blueprints that integrate Gen AI, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for real-world applications.
Big Data Strategy & Architecture
- Drive the architecture for scalable and high-performance big data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and modern data lakes.
- Define data ingestion, transformation, and governance strategies aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
AI/ML and LLM Model Development
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to guide the end-to-end development of advanced AI models, with a strong focus on language intelligence.
- Drive initiatives around fine-tuning and deploying LLMs for conversational AI, summarization, content generation, and more.
Cloud-Native & Microservices Architecture
- Architect cloud-agnostic or hybrid solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Use Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps principles to automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Security, Governance & Compliance
- Oversee AI/ML solution security, ensuring compliance with global standards like GDPR, CCPA, and internal audit controls.
- Embed responsible AI practices into solution designs, including fairness, interpretability, and traceability.
Innovation & Leadership
- Stay on the pulse of AI research, emerging technologies, and Gen AI trends to continuously drive technical innovation.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of software architecture experience with a proven focus on AI, ML, and Big Data technologies.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), including hands-on experience implementing Gen AI-based applications.
- Strong experience in Big Data tech stack Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, etc.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud and DevOps tooling.
- Programming fluency in Python and Java, with a strong understanding of ML libraries and APIs.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of data governance, privacy, and security frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale solution delivery in a matrixed and agile environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in travel, finance, healthcare, or retail domains.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).
- Exposure to Edge AI, AI/ML Ops, and enterprise AI lifecycle management tools.
- Familiarity with AutoML, model monitoring, and explainability frameworks.
