As a Global Enablement Lead, you'll drive high-impact, scalable field enablement solutions for LinkedIn's Global Business Organization, focusing on LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading complex multi-stakeholder programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-quarter, and multi-year sales initiatives, providing subject matter expertise in enablement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop comprehensive enablement programs aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and optimize programs based on analytically driven insights to maximize business impact.
- Drive effective change management and communication strategies to ensure program awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Communicate program impact to global leaders and provide necessary tools to activate programs across regions and segments.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading complex multi-stakeholder programs.
- 6+ years of experience in related fields such as Sales, Sales Management, Enablement, or L&D.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated operational excellence, change leadership, and communication management skills.
- Experience leading organizational change, particularly in sales environments.
- Success in decentralized organizations requires collaboration and influence to drive outcomes.
- Strong business and sales acumen, with the ability to develop relevant learning experiences.
- Proficiency in learning program design and management, including creating learning objectives and experiences.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to roll out large enablement programs at scale.
