Key Responsibilities

• Design templates, graphic content, illustrations, infographics, animations, videos, and web-style pages.
• Manage graphic and media design projects from conception to delivery.
• Handle multiple diversified requirements and audience needs.
• Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills for curriculum development and evaluate post-implementation metrics.
• Leverage technology to improve learner access and provide just-in-time learning.
• Incorporate creative best practices to ensure timely delivery of high-volume designs.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• High proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), design/illustration tools, video and audio editing, web design, UX design, or multimedia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web-based information architecture.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment and directly with developers for design implementation.
