Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture. Designing and implementing robust architecture for Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaboration. Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Technical Leadership. Providing guidance and technical support to the development team throughout the implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Innovation. Conducting proof-of-concept (POC) tests to evaluate new technologies and solutions, staying ahead in the technology landscape.
- Mentoring. Mentoring and training the development team on best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of professional experience in Java development, showcasing deep expertise.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in a production environment.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in the Cloud Telecom domain.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and design principles.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying Java-based applications.
- Familiarity with development support, deployment processes, and technical support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, essential for teamwork and client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Telecom industry applications and systems, understanding unique challenges and requirements.
- Certifications in AWS, Java, or related technologies, demonstrating commitment to professional growth.
