Coforge is seeking a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with a blend of Java, SQL, Angular, and AWS Cloud technologies, and it requires a self-driven individual capable of tackling new technologies and unknown codebases.
Experience. 5+ Years
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to capture stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed engineering artifacts such as design specifications, source code, test scripts, and results.
- Work closely with software architects and senior engineers to ensure all development is in alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
- Participate in Agile development teams, handling the full spectrum of software development activities, including application design, coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on how to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Manage engineering risks by identifying potential issues, communicating them proactively, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to resolve interdependencies and ensure smooth project progress.
- Offer support to business units in resolving complex user issues, adhering to production support processes and SLA commitments.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new technology trends, standards, and software engineering practices.
- Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and provide input on high-level estimates for upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with IT management to establish and refine documentation standards, engineering artifacts, processes, and templates.
Technical Skills
- Primary Skills. Java, SQL, Angular, AWS (Cloud)
- Preferred Skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services. Familiarity with Excel and VBA will be considered an advantage.
- Additional Requirements. Willingness to work with unfamiliar code and technologies, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
