Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant specializing in Oracle Manufacturing, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing various Oracle ERP modules. From Manufacturing and Costing to Planning Central and Demand Management, you'll lead the charge in driving every stage of the implementation process. Your expertise will be instrumental in gathering requirements, designing solutions, conducting testing phases, and providing post-production support. Additionally, you'll oversee the rollout of Oracle modules for new state operations, ensuring a seamless transition and empowering users through comprehensive training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Manufacturing, Costing, Planning Central, Demand Management, Sales and Operation Planning modules in Oracle ERP.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing phases, and post-production support.
• Conduct configuration and application setups, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate the rollout of Oracle modules for new state operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board.
• Provide training to new users and prepare user manuals to facilitate seamless adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions, leveraging your understanding of SQL developer and Oracle tables.

Qualifications

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Manufacturing R12 implementation, covering OM, WIP, BOM, Inventory, PO, and Order Management.

Preferred

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing, Costing, and VCP suite products.
• Expertise in Oracle E-Business R12 Manufacturing and VCP applications.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL developer and Oracle tables related to PO, OM, and INV.
• Strong understanding of Finance and SCM multi-functional modules.
• Proven capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
