As a Learning and Development Partner at CSC Global, you will play a critical role in delivering and managing a variety of learning and development programs tailored to meet business objectives. Reporting to the Business Unit/Shared Services Learning Leader, you will collaborate closely with HR, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee learning programs specific to Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific, statutory, and regulatory learning requirements.
- Facilitate and manage diverse learning initiatives across the organization.
- Support Talent initiatives such as Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management.
- Partner with HR to assess learning needs, develop learning plans, and execute strategies effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams aligned with CSC's collaborative culture.
- Utilize tools, data, analytics, and dashboards to enhance Learning and Development practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize learning effectiveness.
- Advise on learning methodologies, capability building, and development strategies.
- Contribute to global L&D projects, content curation, instructional design, and vendor management.
- Innovate and implement cost-effective and engaging talent development methods.
Profile
- Experience. 10-15 years in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnership roles.
- Passion. A deep passion for fostering learning and growth within organizations.
- Expertise. Knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies and practices.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solid business acumen.
- Excellent proficiency in English and MS Office suite.
- Proven program management abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across diverse cultures.
