Key Responsibilities

SAP Training Material Creation and Support
- Develop thorough SAP training materials using the SAP Enable Now authoring tool.

- Integrate accounting principles into SAP training materials, drawing on your accounting background.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy between accounting processes and training content.

Instructional Design and E-learning
- Design engaging instructional content and e-learning courses using tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Powtoon.
- Create interactive learning experiences to enhance user engagement and comprehension.

- Engage closely with on-shore customers to understand their learning needs and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP and accounting.
- Proven expertise in instructional design and e-learning course development, with proficiency in SAP Enable Now.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with on-shore customers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Powtoon is highly desirable.
