About the Role

As a Carbon Markets - Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading projects related to climate change mitigation, carbon offset solutions, and carbon asset management. Depending on your experience level, you will be entrusted with varying responsibilities to lead, execute, and deliver projects efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Level (7-15 years of experience)

• Lead and mentor a team of project execution and delivery professionals.
• Develop and implement project plans, managing budgets effectively.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address project risks and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Mid-Senior Level (3-7 years of experience)

• Independently manage projects, supporting senior colleagues as needed.
• Lead specific work teams within projects and manage stakeholder communication.
• Assist in research, data analysis, and presentation delivery.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and contribute to risk management.
• Contribute to enhancing project management processes.

Junior Level (Up to 3 years of experience)

Qualifications
