As the HR Digitalization Team Lead, you will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, propelling our HR operations to unprecedented heights. Collaboration is at the heart of this role; you'll work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to implement digital projects and identify automation opportunities. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll seek out avenues for process simplification and apply advanced digital solutions to enhance operations and elevate the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR digitalization efforts, working closely with stakeholders to define objectives and strategies.
- Identify automation opportunities to optimize HR operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement state-of-the-art HR software solutions.
- Drive change management activities to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
- Develop and maintain robust HR data analytics frameworks to facilitate insightful decision-making.
- Create and manage documentation for digitalization initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance HR processes.
Requirements for Success
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in HR digitalization or HRIS implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in English.
