The Measurement and Reporting Associate role is within the Business Reporting and Governance vertical. It focuses on deploying robust tracking mechanisms for SLA/KPIs and other operational metrics on a daily basis. The Governance team ensures contractual compliance across various aspects of contracts, including Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management, and Survey Management, while driving automation and analytics initiatives. This role involves assessing, managing, improving, and protecting organizational information through a structured system of decision rights and accountabilities for information-related processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.

• Support in the delivery of ad hoc reports.
