Microsoft is hiring Media Lead for Turn 10 Studios.
We are looking for an individual to lead our award-winning Media department. This group is responsible for the creation of video content along with other assets that support both our Motorsport focused games as well as the hugely successful Forza Horizon series.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for final quality level of all our media assets. You will ensure we showcase our titles at the highest possible quality level and meet our stakeholder messaging priorities
- You would lead the efforts across our internal teams to develop a world-class Media pipeline for all our titles
- You will creatively lead our Media team, use hands on work to provide creative direction. Coordinate feedback across multiple internal and external partners
- You will develop new Media competencies to support studio projects. i.e. graphic design, performance media, social media etc…
- You will provide subject matter expertise in endpoint store fronts, optimise our asset pipelines to support multiple format deliverables
- You will build out and lead the Media documentation and set out SLA’s around our on-boarding processes. This will entail crafting a Media style guide across all our projects designed for both internal and external use
- You will work with studio leadership and partner teams to develop asset tiers and set appropriate time/cost investment levels for our deliverables
- You will be asked to investigate opportunities to expand on-demand Media Capacity
Requirements
- Show a world-class portfolio demonstrating gameplay-capture and editing skills
- 3+ years in a media/games company in a creative role
- 3D software animation proficiency

- BA degree level qualification - game/video specific
